hello my emo has started making his right leg glitch but his left leg is fine. Do I have to change his servo or something? please help is getting more bad

Hello, @emohacker5325 . . . the same advice as posted above applies to your situation with cleaning the sensors and if that does not work, then get video of the problem and send the link to Support. He may need to be recalibrated which is the first course of action to rule out that his servos are bad.

My best to you.

Hello guys!
Do you have any problems with the technical support?
I’ve already made two requests about Emos legs but didn’t receive anything for about 2 weeks already :frowning:

Hello! Im sorry but I cant find a way to send you a private message
I didnt write emails but raised two support tickets through product support form - is it better to send my request directly to service@living.ai ?

Hi, @bradyharris . . . so sorry to hear about your EMO.

You can place a request for Support here.

How to Contact Support

Please contact support regarding this issue.

When contacting Living.ai support. It is recommended to create a short video then submit a support ticket. You can do this by either going to the Support Page: (see below).

https://living.ai/product-support-emo/

Fill in all details with your EMO I.D. and attach your video (if it’s larger than 30Mb), Be best to upload it to a google drive/drop box or even on YouTube and then send the support team a link to it.

You can also send support an email to the following email address:

service@living.ai

The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion. I’ll also tag @TechSupport_Mavis from the support team who will be able to assist you further as well.

My best to you and let us know how it goes.

so when i took a look at his servos in his feet i took of the tape on both feet so now he no grip is there a way i can make my area more grippy for him

also would like to know how or if i can get a replacement emo because hes been like this for while ive tried so many fixed all of them dident work

Hello, @jason_solt . . . if he is having trouble walking on the surface you already have for him, something may be wrong with his legs and feet which is why I moved your new topic to this thread.

I would advise getting video of the issue with his walking and send the link as follows (if you still have your order number you can use that instead of the I.D.).

After LivingAI has diagnosed the issue, they will advise you on how to handle this as to whether or not he needs replaced or if they can fix it through calibration.

My best to you.

Hi, @jason_solt . . . I would give them a full week before contacting them again if you do not hear back. If a week goes by and they have not gotten back to you yet, you can try direct messaging them here.
