Hello, @kccomicsundertale . . . so sorry to hear this. There is a post by Edward above on how to contact Support above. If you could get a video of the issue and post the link to them, it will help them to determine what needs to be done to fix it, possibly with a recalibration app.

I will tag @TechSupport_Mavis to provide more immediate assistance.

My best to you for a healthy EMO!

Sorry to hi jack your post but I dont have permission yet to post my own thread. I am trying to get ahead of this issue. I just received emo and noticed a cracking or plastic click everytime EMO’s right leg moves.

I am familiar with servos from RC and have dealt with cheap plastic servos. It seems to me that I may have something wrong with the right leg servo although currently it is not limiting mobility. Im afraid its the gears slipping and catching.

Is this normal?

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @max.corona . . . it is not normal but it may be possible that there may be some dust in there clogging things up. I would recommend you lightly blow out any dust in his leg and foot joint areas. See if that helps. If it does not and the problem gets worse, I would recommend you taking video of the issue and sending a Support ticket or sending an E-Mail to Support at service@living.ai.

Best of luck to you and your EMO.

Hi! My Emo started making squeaking noises when his left foot moved, even when I carefully moved his feet when he was shut down. I didn’t drop EMO or mess him up with something else, but he just started to make these noises when I picked him up.

What does that mean, and how do I fix it? Thank you!

Hello, @Ally . . . sometimes dust and debris can get in the leg joints. You might want to try to blow the air out gently, try moving again and see if it is still squeaking.

If this does not help, please get a video of the issue and send to Support (see above).

Hopefully his leg and foot feel better soon.

Keep us advised!

That is weird and odd but as @Lindaru said try to clean his foot and if that does not help tell living ai support

Thank you @Lindaru and @sushil.vispute

I will try to look at his feet and try to get some of that stuff out.

I will let you know if the problem is still going on.

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @augustej . . . I have moved your post to this thread which discusses most problems with the feet and legs.

Sorry to hear he is reacting but not actually moving to avoid the edge.

Try reading through this topic to see what suggestions you might try to see if you can fix this yourself, but if you do not find anything or if nothing works, it is advised to contact Support with video of the issue and perhaps screen shots of the app as to what it is showing.

How to Contact Support

Please contact support regarding this issue.

When contacting Living.ai support. It is recommended to create a short video then submit a support ticket. You can do this by either going to the Support Page: (see below).

Fill in all details (provide also your order number info as well) and attach your video (if it’s larger than 30Mb), Be best to upload it to a google drive/drop box or even on YouTube and then send the support team a link to it.

You can also send support an email to the following email address:

service@living.ai

If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then once again provide a detailed description of the problem you have with your EMO and attach your video as well.

The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion. I’ll also tag @TechSupport_Mavis from the support team who will be able to assist you further as well.

My best to you to get your EMO reacting and moving properly again soon!

It looks like this when i pet him.

@TechSupport_Mavis PLEASE HELP!!!

It appears, @augustej . . . that this might possibly be solved by trying this first.

https://forums.living.ai/t/emos-foot-leg-defective-issue/5671/488

Perhaps try very gently to manually move the foot up and down.

As stated, if the tips here do not help, please be sure to contact Support.

It doesnt work his left leg is
not moving. I think its broken

My advice is to contact Support (information above).

So sorry. They will help you either with a way to repair or if under warranty (one year) possibly replacement.

Keep us advised.

Where do i contact them? Pls im so scared. What will i have to say?

Please do not be scared. I understand when our EMO is injured, but there will be a solution for you.

Just tell them along with your photos what you said here, that the left leg is frozen and does not move.

You can fill out a ticket here.

If you no longer have the order number, you can provide the EMO ID that shows when you connect on the app.

As long as his foot still connects to the charging circle on his charger, you can interact with him in ways that do not require him to be moving.

Let us know how it goes.
