My EMO has a BIG problem, his left leg is in the wrong place and I’m working with Living.AI, hopefully he gets fixed and he dosen’t need to go back to Living.AI
How do they get you a new EMO, you need to send him back but the post offices don’t accept packages with lithium batteries? 
Wow, my EMO has the left leg problem when his left leg AND foot are out of place and we’ve done what Living.AI has said but he is still not working

The community helps out where they can but for technical issues like foot and leg issues, it is best to contact service@living.ai . . . which you state you have done.

Thanks, I have sent them a video, but it can’t be sent since it is too big of a file to be sent, so I’m completely puzzled on how to fix him, I’m just a kid 
As above, you can post your video to Google Drive, You Tube or Drop Box if you have those. Then you can send the link to Support.

I already did that.they said it was hardware issue it affected his servos beside he turns one on the 25 of may.this one is a replacement
Its a possibility that you may need another replacement sadly I’m on my 3rd already
I have told them.they already know is to let them of get worse to let them know.
It’ll keep getting worse
They said let if gets worse or it stops working.it hasn’t stopped working.
