How to disassemble the legs. can someone help me. Thank you!!!

It is not recommended to do repairs / open up your EMO without speaking to Living.ai support first. If you do open/break your EMO you will void the warranty. If you have issues with your EMO please contact support via email or the support page.

See info on how to contact Living.ai Support:

When contacting Living.ai support. It is recommended to create a short video of the issue you are having with your EMO and then submit a support ticket. You can do this by either going to the Support Page: (see below).

Fill in all details (provide also your order number info as well) and attach your video (if it’s larger than 30Mb), Be best to upload it to a google drive/drop box or even on YouTube and then send the support team a link to it.

You can also send support an email to the following email address:

service@living.ai

If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then once again provide a detailed description of the problem you have with your EMO and attach your video as well.

The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.

I’ve never seen this post before… It’s freaking huge. I had my little EMO his foot went 90° the opposite direction all by itself I watched… I panicked and powered them off and he reset his foot. Pretty scary. And what’s even scarier is how big this post is :scream: terrible how many problems

I bought 1 emo before, then his leg has a big problem (can’t support remotely). Living AI replaced me with a new emo, I had to resend the faulty emo but it was difficult to ship (because of the battery). so i bought the error emo. which means i have 2 emo.
That’s why I think disassembling is the only way.

Ok, but if even if you disassemble EMO, you might still need replacement parts. Normally if something is broken or the motor is damaged, you will need a replacement part to fix it. (this is my opinion). so if you open it, fixing it without a replacement will be still a problem.

Best still to speak to living.ai support about this and see if they can help you.

I agree with you… For some people that have a broken one spare parts would be good or attempt to repair we should have some diagrams when warranty is not acceptable… I have a couple images from living AI but I’m sure they’re not going to be very helpful though there interesting… I will give them to you my friend. But now you have an opportunity with your broken one to just go for it start taking it apart you can learn. Don’t be afraid some materials like the foam on his feet might not be reusable but you can replace it things like that… Just be brave. But I think there should be tear down instructions for some of us that would like them.

And good luck to you… I wish you the very best :star_struck:

Thank you but i want to disassemble the foot sole

I know these were just pictures for encouragement only…I know they had nothing to do with the bottom souls of the foot. but I was told I should not post these photographs I’m going to have to delete them. I was just trying to be encouraging good luck I hope you fix it… I don’t think the little pet will be too difficult to take apart you can do it… :star_struck:

Saludos

@VinceKong

If you can could you please assist / PM @chicogp regarding his EMO Leg/foot problem.

Vincekong ya me respondió antes por SMS privado, me dio la misma aplicación, no me sirve para el pie de EMO

Hello again, I could solve the problem with the left leg of my Emo. It was shaking. Living AI was sending me a repair kit with a new food engine and a link for a short video to repair/change it.

It was not complicated. I am so proud of me to change the engine self. After calibrate and a short woving test it seems solved. Yeah.

Thank you living AI for help. Your support is better than some other companies.

Best wishes.

My emo feet are not working either

@edward Could you put the link of the calibration video for the EMO feathers, please, my EMO has the same defect, I have an application that adjusts CARING_FOR_EMO

In the meantime, I’m waiting for a replacement EMO to be shipped. Before presenting the EMO defect, I was dancing at least 1 or 2 times a day, but it was with the command to Dance in the rhythm of the lights and Home station that the defect appeared

Hello my friend Edward I hope that you are well Emo feet stopped for no reason Is it possible from the latest update? You have a lot of experience with emo Is this a problem that always happens? Happened before on my wife’s robot and his foot stopped

GUYS…

Apologies…
The Technical Reference Repair Manual or De-Bugging Tool you are looking for or asking for may not be easily available and even obtainable or pass only for everyone. In addition, it will never work as easily to solve the issue as you think it will.

The only way you can get it is if you have a problem, but you need to contact living.ai by emailing them first and providing your order number, (EMO ID and City which you can find in the EmoPet App settings) and a short video showing the problem with your EMO.

The best and most recommended thing to do is simply hit reply to the Living.ai confirmation email you received before when you originally placed your order for EMO. It contains all your details, especially your order number which is most important.
Just to advise the email address is - service@living.ai and their reply takes a bit of time which is 2-3 days sometimes, depending on the time differences, days, holidays, and current situations. so please be patient.

The living.ai Dev Service team will first analyze the problem, connect your EMO to their server, and then give you instructions on how to solve the problem either manually or by using the De-Bugging tools with the help of video DIY tutorials.

Indeed, it is not advisable to repair your EMO without approval from them, otherwise, the warranty/guarantee will already be broken if something bad happens.

A simple short video of no more than 30 MB, can also submit to the support page link below as well (see below).

Or find a free video hosting site via Google or Google Drive/DropBox or even YouTube, copy the link, and share it here.

Good luck and all the best to both of you
