Hello @jankotynia.

  1. I would advise you to contact @TechSupport_Mavis or open a ticket. Remember to include videos!

  2. In the meantime, you could also clean EMO’s foot sensors (See here) or make sure he is on a good surface. On black surfaces, he may detect a cliff.
