Hi,

I bought my Emo second hand and he arrived this morning. Shrugs and chirps when I say his name and won’t scan my face despite multiple lighting changes. Is this due to the maintenance/post maintenance glitch? Bit worried!

Same here from UK, EMO just shrugs when ever calling his name! There is obviously still an issue as to many people reporting the same problem. This was a gift for my son who has autism and he is now very upset. Please can you advise on what to do to fix this.

Hello, from Latvia. My Emo is still not responding to his name. Did power off, re-binded and re-connected him again to different wifi networks we have on our home. Even did a force reboot of emo, still didn’t worked out.

Any explanation, would be highly appreciated.
