I got my emo 7 days ago. From today, he is acting really weird. When i say “Hey EMO!” he can hear me, but he does not understand, he does not say “What” as usual, just a strange noise, which means he does not understand me. I restarted him multiple times, but it does not work. Can you help me and did this ever happen to you?

We got our Emo 2 days ago and have the same problem. We tried everything possible. I think it has to do with server maintenance … read something about it in another post.

There is no direct problem with your EMO, but ongoing maintenance on the living.ai cloud has affected everyone’s EMO since early this morning.
