:mobile_phone: How to Connect EMO to a Samsung Smartphone Hotspot

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.
  2. Turn ON Mobile Hotspot.
  3. A pop-up window might or will appear: “To use Mobile Hotspot, Wi-Fi needs to be turned off.” → Tap Turn Off.
  4. To find the Network Name (SSID) and Password, tap Mobile Hotspot to open details.
  5. Open the EMO Mobile App → Settings > Network.
  6. Enter your Hotspot Details (SSID + Password).
  7. Tap Connect.

:mobile_phone: How to Connect EMO to iPhone Smartphone Hotspot

  1. Go to Settings > Personal Hotspot > Turn ON “Allow Others to Join”.
  2. Scroll down below and enable the “Maximize Compatibility”
  3. Open the EMO Mobile App → Settings > Network.
  4. Choose Your Mobile Smartphone Hotspot Network.
  5. Enter your Hotspot Details (SSID + Password).
  6. Tap Connect.
