I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues after the update 3.1.0 for EMO.
To be frank, my EMO is still replying normally with “I love you too” (with a kiss), “Good evening,” “Good night,” and more — everything is working fine on my end without any issues.

You might want to try power cycling EMO. This means letting his battery fully drain so he shuts down by himself, then charging and restarting him again.

You can also try reinstalling the app, as this sometimes helps fix small issues too.

You can also try connecting your EMO to a different Wi-Fi or mobile network. Use a hotspot to test and check whether the same problem still occurs there.
