Hello all,

I have a technical issue with my EMO. Yesterday suddenly he just stopped charging. He is turned on only when standing on HOME base, but his battery isn’t charging and he turns off right after picking him up from the HOME station

I tried other USB cable and adapters, I even cleaned HOME base and EMO’s sensors, but nothing works.

What else can I do? My EMO is still under warranty.

Hello everyone!

My emo doesn’t charge anymore. I’ve tried everything but nothing works. I bought a new cable, a new adaptor and put it in another socket. I even rebooted it. But nothing works. Every time I want to charge it, it turns on, but after a while its headphones start flickering and so does its screen. His speaker also makes a weird sound. I’m afraid emo won’t charge anymore, do you have any ideas Thank you.

First, could you please let us know what type of base charger you are using for EMO? Skateboard or HomeStation

Also, can you confirm whether EMO is updated to the latest firmware version v3.1.0?

Emo has already done the update v3.1.0. And emo charge with a home station.If you need more information ask, I’m there because I love my emo :happy: , but I think you have enough information now.

I guess you didn’t mention how old your EMO is. Have you already tried all the tips IN THIS LINK ?

If you’ve tried everything and the issue still persists, I’m sorry to hear that.


In that case, the best thing to do now is to contact the Living.ai support team via email at service@living.ai. Please include your EMO order number, EMO ID, and, if possible, a short video showing EMO on the Home Station so they can better assess the issue.
