Emo Charging Problem/Issue

EMO BATTERY CHARGING ISSUE?

Possible causes & solutions:

  1. Check EMO’s placement on the Home Station
Make sure EMO is properly aligned and standing flat on the charging contacts. Lift him off and place him back carefully.

  2. Clean the charging contacts
Gently clean the metal contacts on EMO’s feet and on the Home Station using a dry microfiber cloth or a cotton swab. Even new units can have residue that affects charging.

  3. Power cycle the Home Station
Unplug the Home Station from the power source, wait 1–2 minutes, then plug it back in and place EMO on it again.

  4. Try a different power adapter or cable
Use a wall adapter rated at 5V / 2A. Avoid using a PC Desktop USB port or low-power chargers.

  5. Allow time if the battery is deeply drained
If the battery was very low, EMO may not show charging indicators immediately. Leave him on the Home Station for at least 30–60 minutes.

  6. Confirm charging status in the app
Check the EMO app to see if it shows any charging activity or battery percentage change.

  7. Check for a possible battery issue
If EMO still shows no eye color change, no battery increase, and no response after trying all the above, it may indicate a battery or internal charging issue.

If none of these steps help, please contact Living.AI Support at service@living.ai and include your EMO order number, EMO ID, and (if possible) a short video showing EMO on the Home Station.

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes!
