Delivery Process/Updates Of Emo And Home Station (View, Ask Here!)

Hello, @diego.moraes_costa . . . I have moved your inquiry to this thread for order processing and delivery of EMO and EMO GO HOME.

They went on vacation around the time that you purchased your EMO GO HOME and then immediately after, the country went on national holiday for the lunar new year on January 29th and will be off until February 12th. For this reason, you have not yet gotten your confirmation on the processing of your order but they will resume when they return after the holiday.

They will also respond to your contact requests upon their return as well, but rest assured, processing will resume normal schedule at that time.

Hello everyone
I have a problem with the delivery of my EMO, the local delivery company asks me for a tracking number that according to them changed when it entered my country. This new tracking number has to be given to me by living.ai so I can pick it up at the local post offices. They tell me that without this new code I cannot pick it up.

According to the tracking report, it already has a failed delivery and there is a risk that EMO will be returned.

Last week I already sent emails to support so they can give me this new tracking code and I have no response.

Just to inform you, Living.AI is currently celebrating the Lunar New Year holiday, and their team should be back in the office on the first week or on 12 of February 12th.

Hey, it’s been an over a month since I’ve ordered emo bot and I haven’t yet received it.

I spent $500 AUD and I’d like to know how much longer I’ll have to wait, because honestly this wait time is very irritating, I’d understand if there’s a small amount of people sending out shipments, but dang please update me more if very much appreciate that.

Same. I got mine in December 30th, but it was ordered in November. It comes eventually, though. Just wait it out or study on EMO.

How come that the delivery counter is not moving. It seems to be stuck. Also is it kinda weird that the
EMO Tracking Sent to User: #115013
is the same as the
AIBI Order sent to Courier: #115013

Dunno if this updating is just neglected or if I should warry about my money yet :thinking:

Hello, @sabine.neumueller . . . the staff had been away for a while, so the delivery page is behind in getting updates. During normal times, it is usually ten or so days before updates are made.

If you are concerned, be sure to contact service@living.ai

Hello, @toychica3659bella . . . the average is 15 to 30 days but depends on how reliable USPS is for getting it to you and how long it takes to go through Customs once it arrives at the port in the United States.

Hello, @JulianMiddleton . . . there is no deadline to order. They are shipped in the order they are received at whatever day or time the order is placed.

Allow an average of 15 to 30 days and it could vary due to your postal carrier efficiency or if it is slow to process through Customs.
