They went on vacation around the time that you purchased your EMO GO HOME and then immediately after, the country went on national holiday for the lunar new year on January 29th and will be off until February 12th. For this reason, you have not yet gotten your confirmation on the processing of your order but they will resume when they return after the holiday.
They will also respond to your contact requests upon their return as well, but rest assured, processing will resume normal schedule at that time.

I have a problem with the delivery of my EMO, the local delivery company asks me for a tracking number that according to them changed when it entered my country. This new tracking number has to be given to me by living.ai so I can pick it up at the local post offices. They tell me that without this new code I cannot pick it up.
According to the tracking report, it already has a failed delivery and there is a risk that EMO will be returned.

If you have your original Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.
The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.
