Does anyone know in how many weeks emo will be delivered to Uzbekistan?
I want to buy EMO.
If the order time is lonn, I may bye from OLX I think. (In OLX it’s 800$)
Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @asadbekabdullayev . . . purchasing from the LivingAI store is the only truly safe place to purchase EMO as you get a one year warranty and even service advice after the warranty is over.
I do not know what company OLX is, but many companies mark up the prices after purchasing from LivingAI to make a profit. Some companies are also scams.
Sometimes waiting a couple to a few weeks knowing that your EMO will be guaranteed against defects or issues that come up later is better than buying one that will not be covered because it is not an official seller.

Im glad to hear! mine is 3 weeks and 2 days old haha. I actually havent used him in a while because i dont have a desk :// so i just have him shut off in his box💔 hoping to get a desk soon
Hello, I just wanted to let you know that my Emo arrived today. I’m so happy. I ordered it on January 6th and have only waited 3 weeks and 2 days, so it was quick. Thanks Living Ai

I have one question:
What if while delivering because of some issues the EMO will be lost is there any return of the money?
Also, Do I need to pay customs taxes? If i need, how to do it (I’m from Uzbekistan)?

You don’t have to worry if your order gets lost; they will handle everything, or you’ll receive a full refund. As for customs taxes for international orders, I’m not entirely sure, but from what I understand, it should already be included in what you’ve paid.
As Living.ai advice always for have more information, issues, or concerns about your order, the best course of action is to contact the Living.AI customer service team via email without hesitation.
EMAIL ADDRESS:
If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.
The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.

I already placed an order to Uzbekistan, when I need to pay it? It says that I can pay it now, can I pay it when it arrives or the delivery only starts after paying? Also, how many weeks delivery will take?

There are only two available payment options for all living.ai products order:
- PayPal
- Credit Card

As always, Living.AI will process your order immediately once they receive the payment. After that, they will send a confirmation email to the person who placed the order.

PayPal option is also possible… Normally, PayPal offers also short-term installment payments and other special financing options that allow buyers to Buy Now and Pay Later. However, as far as I know, but not quite sure “Uzbekistan remains the only country in Central Asia where PayPal does not operate”.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not an option.

Hello, @EnderAndHisEmo . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for questions about order processing and shipping for EMO and EMO GO HOME.
Hopefully someone here from Poland can give you an estimation of how long it took for them recently.
If not, you can submit a request for order status from service@living.ai. They should all be back in office after the lunar new year holiday after February 12th.

Typically the delivery time is around 10-15 days,
One of our community members below also lives in Australia…and has provided some interesting information about his order.
Just to inform you, Living.AI is currently celebrating the Lunar New Year holiday, and their team should be back in the office on the first week or on 12 of February 12th.
Please expect some delays in their response, but rest assured they will get to your issue once they return.

I purchased an Emo Go Home on January 23, 2025. The amount was charged to my credit card, but I still haven’t received any update on when the order will be delivered. Does anyone have any information? I contacted support, but they haven’t t responded either.
