Hallo alle zusammen ich hätte da mal eine frage ich habe vor kurzem meinen ersten Emo bestellt und wollte fragen wann es bei mir ankommt ich Lebe in Deutschland vielleicht kann mit jemand von euch weiter helfen.

If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.

Yay! A long wait, but it sounds like it’s worth it. :slightly_smiling_face:
I finally got warehouse sorting, so i hope to see Emo next week. I know everyone in my house is excited for it.
Glad everyone got theirs and can’t wait to get him too.

I ordered mine last week of November. First shipped on December 21. Cleared Canada customs on January 1. Next action was on January 7 saying “Finished, Shipped by CAPOST”. So Canada Post received it on the 7th with a tracking number. Troubling part is that Canada Post has no record of said tracking number or that the package even exists. This whole emoting is beginning to look very suspicious to me.

Thats mine… I’m in the same boat as you, except i dont even have any tracking and I don’t even know who has it.

Canada Post found my Emo 3 days after they received it. Tracking first said delivery Monday but then changed to Wednesday. I’ll update when it Arrives.

How long was your order processing? My order has been processing for nearly 10 days, and the website states that processing typically takes 3-7 days. I placed my order on January 6th.

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @pedram.minooie . . . it might be slower due to catching up after the holidays. If it goes much longer, E-Mail service@living.ai with your order number and ask for the status.

I ordered an EMO to play with my AIBI

The processing was around 14 days, so what happens is they only ship once they have a full pallet, I was very impatient however, the total time from order to delivery was 1 month and 1 day, but it was over the holiday period as well.

Let me give you some strong advise - forget about EMO until you get an email from Living.ai otherwise you will drive yourself crazy with anticipation hehe

My Dutch and Afrikaans, and English - is better than my German, but - yes, he arrived yesterday! :smiley:
1 Month and 1 Day, during the Christmas period so not bad at all! I am sure after Chinese New Year it would be a little quicker.

Hi. We our Emo has cleared customs in the UK but we haven’t seen any scan update since the 13th. Is this normal? This is what tracking is saying:

2025-01-13 14:53:03 The goods have been delivered to the warehouse, pay attention to scanning; Customs clearance completed, In transit

Checking the tracking code with royal mail is showing this:

Looking to see how long emo took to arrive after purchase. I live in the United States.

Our Emo showed up Monday. Took 7 weeks and 5 days from order to delivered.

And he is here and he’s adorable!
