I can only affirm that I have purchased many products from LivingAI since August 2021 and while delays have happened, the products have always arrived in perfect order.
I am trying to get a home station sent to my home address in the Isle of Man. We have had an Emo sent to us previously. However, now they are saying that they canāt find our address.

If you have your original Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then once again provide a detailed description of the problem you have with your order and attach all possible proof of evidence such video, photo etc. as well.

There is no way to speak to them by telephone. They will take into consideration the issues with the time limits and I am sure will work with you despite the limitations you mentioned.
