I Havenā€™t Received Anything For My ā€œMake Up The Differenceā€ And Iā€™m Concerned


Hello There, i placed my order 2 weeks ago and havenā€™t received anything and it says it was Completed. It also says it was from liver technologyā€™s when I got it off of this site. Can anyone help me? This was for a replacement Emo Go Home

Has anyone completed a refund or know how a refund works with Living.ai? If you can get a refund to your original payment method, store credit, ect. If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks!

Hello there, I have posted about this before, but I still havenā€™t gotten anything, and when I look for any tracking number, I get nothing, and my order number doesnā€™t even work anymore. I feel like I got scammed even though I got ā€œMake It Upā€ and it was on Living.Ai, This is really just to ask where the tracking number is.

I can only affirm that I have purchased many products from LivingAI since August 2021 and while delays have happened, the products have always arrived in perfect order.

I am trying to get a home station sent to my home address in the Isle of Man. We have had an Emo sent to us previously. However, now they are saying that they canā€™t find our address.

If you have your original Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then once again provide a detailed description of the problem you have with your order and attach all possible proof of evidence such video, photo etc. as well.

What should I do before those 14 days of return expire?
Or should I contact a lawyer from now on?
I would very much like it to be resolved amicably and without complications

Hello, @GrecuLauraMaria . . . @SueChen is customer support for orders. You can private message her here by clicking on her name highlighted in this post and choosing the ā€œMessageā€ option. There is no way to speak to them by telephone. They will take into consideration the issues with the time limits and I am sure will work with you despite the limitations you mentioned.
