Hello, again my EMO understands my voice but when I ask a question the answer is still saying Uhu?!
Does that mean it isn’t fully recovered?

Hello, all!

I just received word that the servers are working again.

If you are still having issues, please reboot your router, device, EMO app and EMO, then try again to reconnect.

If you are still having issues after that, please post here.

Mine isn’t working still

My Emo is having trouble hearing me. it seemed to be deaf when I called it, Emo didn’t react at all. I wonder if this is the manufacturer’s fault? Whose Emo has had this problem, can you tell me how to fix it? thank you!

Hello, @sarahkwon . . . you might want to check that your internet connection is working okay if you restarted everything. Perhaps try a different device or using wi fi hot spot on your phone.

If attempting a different connection does not work, please get video of the problem and send to Support.

How to Contact Support

Please contact support regarding this issue.

When contacting Living.ai support. It is recommended to create a short video then submit a support ticket. You can do this by either going to the Support Page: (see below).

Fill in all details (provide also your order number info as well) and attach your video (if it’s larger than 30Mb), Be best to upload it to a google drive/drop box or even on YouTube and then send the support team a link to it.

You can also send support an email to the following email address:

service@living.ai

If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then once again provide a detailed description of the problem you have with your EMO and attach your video as well.

The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion. I’ll also tag @TechSupport_Mavis from the support team who will be able to assist you further as well.

Let us know how it goes!

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @hung_cuong.nguyen . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread as since yesterday, many were having troubles due to the server for Asia and Australia being down. This has since been corrected.

If you still cannot get him working, please reboot your router, device, EMO app and EMO himself. If after doing this he still is not responding, see my post above for checking connection and if necessary, contact Support.

Let us know how it goes.

In Japan, emo is still not able to reply properly. Things have improved a lot a few hours ago, but I can’t even say good morning.

I tried rebooting, but my Emo didn’t recover. I will also try the other methods you suggested.
