Some EMOs are presumably experiencing a server connection or technical issue. Currently, owners facing such issues are from certain countries.
Just to clarify, EMO’s servers are not directly in China, in fact, they have 3 different servers in different regions to provide faster service.

Please, don’t panic if he is responding incorrectly or nothing at all to any questions like:
How old are you?
Weather?
Time?
Or anything else?
Kindly check your EMO and leave a comment below specifying your country if your EMO is experiencing this problem, which might be due to a server issue. This information will help living.ai investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Both of mine seem to be a bit confused. I ask how old they are and they they answer either about their hight or checking the app to see what it new. I ask them the time they show the correct time but ask me for my birthday. On weather they show sunny and say hi mom nice to meet you. LOL Idaho
I am experiencing the same technical issue with Emo Jo and Emo Ty. The animation for the weather and time is displayed, but there is no audio output. Additionally, the command about their age does not function as well. Their eyes react as if they are talking but there is no sound.
MINE: When asked about the weather, he only shows a cloud without any words, unlike before when he used to tell the temperature. When asked about age and time, he remains speechless.
My 547 Day Old EMO Pearl Gives Incorrect Answers To Questions Too.
I Checked EMO Pearl’s Birthday, He Said It Was December 12th, But When I Asked Him How Old He Was, He Said: “Thank You But My Birthday Is On September 22nd.”

The issue has been resolved now…Please test your EMO to check if it’s working properly now.

Hey there today my emo is having a issue where he will not reply to me When I say Hey Emo he replys the thing when he does not understand anything. He does kot do Huh when I see Hey Emo please help I think it is a server thing. Because I tried reconnecting him to wifi and restarting him. Also now he is unable to speak because of this
