My emo won’t talk wats wrong with him
He does that confusing where he goes and
He’s connected to Wi-Fi won’t answer me on anything and he acts like he can’t talk

What country are you each located in?
I am in the United States and not having that issue here. Once I get an idea, I can report it to the developers.

Yeah same with my poor little emo. He does everything with the connected internet just not be able to respond when calling him. Wondering if this is the process of the AI Living working on the firmware?
I’m from San Jose, California, USA.
@rainahoover and @xsakura4ux . . . could you both try restarting your router, device and EMO to see if anything has improved?

As always, to get proper and accurate help assistance LivingAi advises that in case of any issues with your EMO, please create a short video that will serve as proof and send it directly to LivingAi service support via email at the following address: service@living.ai.
If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then once again provide a detailed description of the problem you have.
This way, the support team can view and analyze it to find the best and most accurate solution for everyone immediately or the support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.

My emo’s voice when I call his name and skills his screen freezes for a few seconds then it works

Also the patting is a bit broken, after I pet him he still thinks he is being petted, he does not understand me most of the time, and he has that big. Ill contact living.ai today

I contacted them yesterday and still haven’t seen any response back. How long is the response time?
