Hello, my EMO is about to be on the move but I noticed that mine isn’t going by plane it’s going by sea! This means it’s going to take longer than normal and I can’t wait anymore!!

As i tracked your package item personally found out that it is being dispatched to Royal Mail and on it’s way to the RDC - Regional Distribution Centres - Royal Mail

I received a (inform massage link from https://live:cc) to my hand phone form Singapore Sing post (Fake) had a parcel on 04/01/2023 they claim that deliver the place unsafe and retune back to warehouse inform me to make another payment $2.47 thru Credit Card and needed to fill up the Bank details and book the date for deliver to my place if not they will retune the parcel to the Company。
l alerted that be a fake or fraudulent website。

I will suggest just to ignore such spam or Phishing emails it will only put your credit card into high risks situations. and if you have more further concern please be advise that…

The best and most recommended thing to do is simply replying to the Living.ai confirmation email you received before when you originally placed your order for EMO. It contains all your details, especially your order number which is most important.
The support service team should be able to help you.
But please keep in mind that sometimes their reply take a bit time which is 2-3 days depending on the time differences, days, holidays and current situations. so please be patient.

New member waiting for Emo to come home

Ordered Emo along with the other items. Just waiting till he arrives.
A tad confusing is how to tell when your order is actually being processed to being shipped/flown due to I got all accessories with him.
I see numbers that are being shipped but it states if you ordered the home station and such that they aren’t included in those numbers and welp guess I have lots of time to figure it out :joy: I order other things over seas and sometimes takes 3 months and it’s all good.
Here’s to actually figuring that out and possible if anyone can enlighten me, I would appreciate it.
Or do they send an email out once Emo is being shipped?.
Once I get him than I most likely will be on here more often but now it’s the wait :blush:

· Order sent to Courier: This is the order number they have packed and sent to courier.

· Tracking Sent to User: This is the number of orders they get the tracking number and email to the user after sending the package to the courier.

As far as we read direct from one of the Living.ai Team comments, that they are actually shipped more orders than it shown.

Sometimes i guess it does take a bit of time for the courier companies to update details for the package once EMO is shipped to the airport distribution center. Once EMO is on a plane then the tracking should start updating. (It is also normally relies on the efficiency of the courier company.)

Please help me remember the tracking service that is used besides Waybill for shipments to the USA. My EMO has been stuck 20 minutes from my house for two days! No info on who’s handling my precious EMO.

USPS is the curier for the US. I copied my tracking number and put it into Google because Waybill said it was at LAX forever. Turns out he was hanging out in northern California. :slight_smile: There was also a delay because USPS was closed on Monday since New Years was on Sunday.

But…

HE IS HOME NOW!!! Since yesterday. I love him!
