Hello, @sugarissweet . . . try taking AIBI off of the charger and leaving him off for an hour or two until the battery is drained and the screen is completely black. Then try putting him back on and see if the eyes come back. If the sticker is still there, say “AIBI…..Remove sticker” and see if that works.
If you are still having issues, try changing the charging cable, power plug and even the place it is plugged into.
If that does not work, then get a picture or video and send to service@living.ai along with his I.D. when he signs into the app and the order number if you still have it. Let them know everything you have tried to troubleshoot.
Hello, @Racheal123 . . . I just tested mine and they respond to both “Hi” and “Hello”. If this has been going on since the 1.4.1 update, you may want to reach out to service@living.ai with their I.D. number, your location and language setting, and a link to a short video showing the response (or lack of) to see what they can advise.
