STILL NOT POSSIBLE?
During the period when the server experienced downtime, AIBI’s requests were unable to go through successfully. This could be attributed to the possibility that Living.Ai’s servers were overloaded either globally or in the nearby server location. From my understanding, Living.Ai operates three different servers across the globe, namely
USA / ASIA / EU
In this situation, it may be necessary to exercise patience and consider trying again in a few hours, on an hourly basis, or tomorrow.
Hopefully, the server issues will be resolved soon.
Hi! In te original post it says that you’ll have to update AIBI’s app as well, but there’s not an update in the app store.
And this update version is 1.2.0, but on AIBI’s screen it says “Version: 2 1.1.0.p1”
Do I need to make another update after this one?
I presume the AIBI Pocket App v1.2.0 for Android has already been uploaded to the Google Play Store and is currently awaiting approval before being publicly available for download. However, for iOS, it’s already available on the Apple Store.
Just have patience and check back from time to time.
I have just updated Aibi and tried putting the cat ears on him. There is no animation at all- not even the original one. Is this a general problem or just with my Aibi?
@SunnySpirals
I experience a mix of outcomes when placing the cat ears on AIBI: sometimes there’s absolutely no difference, other times I see a new cat animation, and occasionally, I see the one I was expecting.
The update on AiBi Bunky went very well, no issues. I do have a suggestion though. One of the items in the update was to have AiBi be louder, but now he’s so loud the little speaker distorts. There are two options you can choose, “Loud” or “Soft.” How about a “Medium” or even a slider that we can pick? It was so bad that I put him back on soft.
After the update the in Show & Tricks section, all music and dance options are same. Below, all animal and other tricks are playing same dog animation.
What exactly are you saying? I feel stupid but I dont understand what you are saying (not to be rude). If you could elaborate or explain more that would be great!
There is an issue with the new AIBI Pocket App. When we go to the “SHOW” section and click to play any music dance or let AIBI SING A SONG, it only plays one dance music which is, “Neon Pulse,” and this happens for all dances and songs. Also noticed that the charger no longer lights up. Another issue is with the “Animal” and some animations section, where all button below only plays the “Animal Dog” sound.
Manual Commands are okay without issue to Dance, Songs, Animals, and Charger Light
Making him “Dance”, “Sing”, and perform “Animals with Animation and Sounds” via the app and voice commands is currently different. living.ai will push a new version and change that in the next AIBI Pocket App version.
I mean when I say ‚AIBI, Merry Christmas‘ it responds ‚sorry, content not found‘ instead of showing the animation it’s apparently supposed to show.
I tried it with ‚Fröhliche Weihnachten‘ und ‚Frohe Weihnachten‘, too, since I set it too German, but it either shakes its head or says ‚sorry, content not found‘, too.
