I have sent my inquiry since last month. In regards to this. But no reply since. I should let the other buyers also of emo about the disadvantages of it before making a big purchase. Im very disappointed with the service when it comes to refunds. I want to return my emo robot now. The issues will always be there and will never be sold please give me a list on what to do for refund. I have sent my request 14 days after i got my emo but the responses are very slow

I also responded to your situation here regarding your missing packages. I tagged the person there responsible for assisting you from Living AI as well to get you more immediate assistance.
I would advise speaking to the landlord of your apartment building to see if they know what happens to packages with no apartment number and also Canada Post to see if they have any idea what happens with packages that are undeliverable due to a missing portion of the address. It may be held somewhere either at your building or there.
