We just got our Emo today and after initiating and playing with it a bit, all of a sudden the face screen went black. Emo is still responding though. Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you

After Power On:
Immediately check if EMO is on the latest firmware update. Let us know more about how it goes…But, if the issue continues, it would be best to make a video recording as you’ll probably need to contact the support service team with more info to let them know.
The best and most recommended thing to do is simply reply to the Living.ai confirmation email you received before when you originally placed your order for EMO. It contains all your details, especially your order number which is most important.
The support service team should be able to help you cancel your order immediately and faster.

Thank you so much! I was wondering maybe power on and off will help but didn’t know how to. Thank you for showing the details of how to do it. And yes after powering off and on, emo’s face appears again!
