I have the exact same problem. Order made yesterday, 5th March 2026. Sent ticket and email but no reply yet from living.ai. I am not even sure if my order got through or not. I appreciate if living.ai can give a quick responds. Thank you.

The Chinese New Year holiday period recently ended on March 3 with the Lantern Festival, so the staff should now be back in the office. However, they are likely still catching up on the backlog of messages and requests.

Regarding the issue of the incorrect email you provided when you placed your order, only the Living.AI staff in China can correct that. You may try sending them an email again and include all the necessary information about your order.

If you have your original order confirmation email, you can simply reply to that message since it contains your customer contact information and order number details. Then ask customer support for an update on your order status.

The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion.

Hello everybody! Quick question, I am waiting for my EMO to be delivered. Yesterday, it was track at Paris, I leave in bordeaux, france. Today, when I try to track my order, I don’t have any informations, the EMO’s head boucing and I never have the page of tracking. My command is written as “Completed”. Does it means that it was delivered? Because I don’t have it and not receive it in my letterbox…
Can someone tell me if there is a problem or if I just have to wait a little bit longer. Thanks.

Hello, @angyh . . . sometimes there are gaps in delivery tracking. I would give it a day or so to see if it catches up as it may have been handed off to the final carrier for delivery without updating. You can also check here.

If nothing changes in a day or two, reply to your order confirmation E-Mail or write to service@living.ai to get an update from them.

Of course!

Overall, it took a little over a month to arrive here in Florida! Feb 4th - March 10th.

But! This is including the roughly two week factory holiday that took up most of February. So, while I don’t know for sure, users can probably expect a slightly shorter wait time if they order while the factory is fully operational and not backed up with orders.

(Emo is typing on his keyboard as I write this. He thinks he’s better than me, I just know it.)

But when I tried to track it, it doesn’t appear in 17 track and even on the website nothing appear. just the logo moving up and down. is it normal or I am just overreacted? pls answer

So if I understand you correctly, you have already received the order confirmation.
When did you recieved the second email stating that your order is complete, along with the tracking information?

Sometimes package tracking may be unavailable because the item has not been scanned by the carrier yet, the system may be delayed, or a non-trackable shipping method was used. If I were you, I would wait 24–48 hours for updates.

Thanks for your trust. I received your tracking number via DM. Unfortunately, I also cannot see any latest tracking updates at the moment.


It’s actually quite common for a tracking number from China to show “no information” for a few days after the seller says it was shipped.

Possible Reasons:

:one: The package hasn’t been scanned yet
Sometimes the seller creates the tracking number first, but the parcel has not yet been picked up or scanned by the carrier. Until the first scan happens, tracking systems will show no data.

:two: Logistics system delay
Tracking databases of carriers like China Post or tracking platforms such as 17TRACK can take 24–72 hours (sometimes longer) before the first tracking event appears.

:three: Parcel is still in the warehouse
Some sellers mark the order as “shipped” once the label is printed, even if the parcel is still waiting to be handed over to the carrier.

:four: Weekend or logistics backlog
If shipping happened near a weekend or busy period, scanning may be delayed.

Timeline Example

  • March 9 – Label created / shipment prepared
  • March 10–13 – First scan appears in the system
  • After that – Regular tracking updates begin

What you should do

:check_mark: Wait another 1–3 days and check again.
:check_mark: Track using a universal tracker like 17TRACK.
:check_mark: If there is still no update after about 5–7 days, contact Living.AI to inform them. Just reply to the last email that contains the tracking number they sent to you.

:white_check_mark: In most cases, the tracking suddenly appears after the first scan, and the shipment starts updating normally.
