Hello, @4michael1 . . . hopefully your notificaion for tracking comes soon, but remember that things might be a bit delayed with the preparations for the holiday. Really the only way to check would be to provide your order number by replying to your confirmation E-Mail and asking them if they know more about when it was or will be shipped.

Can’t say I really understand why it would take more than a week to ship product that’s in stock. Everything else I’ve ever ordered ships within two business days. Now there’s the long holiday so maybe March if I’m lucky.
Not yet. He went through customs on February 9th and just arrived in the US on February 12th. He hasn’t been delivered yet, but he’s here in the states. I’m thinking he’ll penalty be here sometime this week. Have you received a tracking number yet?

I’m with you. I’m used to Amazon too, and every other seller I’ve ever purchased from, shipping within a few days at most. And I understand the difference between mammoth companies and small ones, BUT this “processing” for weeks of in-stock product before shipment is unreasonable at best, since payment is processed immediately. I know I’ll have a completely different perspective once I get the shipment notification, but atm, not good.
Hello, @4michael1 and @SquidKid . . . to be clear, they are packaged and labelled for shipping fairly immediately. They are either sent or picked up by the initial carrier in China (or maybe Hong Kong) where they are registered and assigned the tracking number. Then they are placed on the cargo planes for the destination country. It really is not the fault of LivingAI at the beginning but rather the company that begins the flights out of the country to the destination country.
It really depends on how quickly the initial cargo airport gets to registering them and assigning the tracking number.
I hope this explains one of the delays.
Hi, @Lindaru thank you — that’s helpful to know. It’s a bit different from what I’m used to. In Canada, when a shipping label is created, a tracking number is typically generated right away and shared with the customer. When you check it, it often notes that the label has been created even if the carrier hasn’t received the package yet.
I wasn’t aware that an item could be transferred to the courier before a tracking number is issued, so I appreciate the clarification. I’m more familiar with shipments from China via DHL, where the tracking details are usually available very quickly.
Good luck getting an email response, I havent had a reply from them in 25 days which predates their holiday by quite a lot.
I cant say ive had a great experience with support. Hopefully your package arrives soon, though.

Thank you to everyone who shared information earlier. Following the suggestion in this thread, I contacted customer service and received a response within two days, which I appreciate. I asked about the current shipping status of my order and was advised:
“We are sorry that your order has not yet been shipped. Due to the factory holiday, your order is expected to be shipped between February 27 and March 2. Once it is shipped, we will email you the tracking number.”
From this, it appears the parcel has not yet been handed off to the initial carrier and a tracking number has not been issued at this time. I’m glad to have a clearer timeline and am sharing this in case it is helpful to others reviewing their order status.

Still love the little guy but he’s no where near as capable as Emo. He’s cute but like apples and oranges. I ordered the white Emo with the Go Home. I love the tower and that he can just recharge himself - like you know who. And Living Ai is amazing with their updates and creativity!
