Nothing to worry about. I’m pretty much 100% sure you will still receive it later, even if it gets delayed. And if anything unexpected happens, Living.AI is always there and ready to help with any problem.

From time to time, I will also try to check the Tracking Websites in case there are any new updates.

I placed an order for an AIBI Pocket, but I have not received any updates and my order cannot be found in the system.

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

How long did it take for your order to be processed or shipped?

Any information would be really helpful.

May I know when you placed your order? If it were today, it’s probably the weekend, so no one may be in the office.

Please don’t worry—just give it some time. You should receive your order confirmation email by next week, as long as everything went through properly.

If your order was processed successfully, delivery times can vary greatly depending on the reliability of the carrier in each region, when the order was placed, how quickly customs authorities in your country process the shipment, and the reliability of the local courier handling the final delivery.

Some customers receive their orders in as little as 3–4 weeks, while for others it may take longer.

As stated by Living.AI, if you have any questions about your order, you can always contact them via email at service@living.ai.

I noticed that the tracking number you provided does not appear to be a DHL shipment.

I had specifically requested DHL delivery, as my address is designated for DHL only. Could you please confirm which courier is being used?Thanks.

How is shipping doing now I bought a new EMO finally I knew him like 2 years ago and bought him now :smiley: haha and well I would love to ask how is shipping going now is it going well and when is it expected since it’s April now and not a rush time where ppl buy does it take less then 2 weeks and do I get a notification when it gets shipped thank you!

Shipping times can vary a lot depending on where you are located. Where are you ordering from? (US, Europe, Asia?)

From my own unique experience ordering to Syria, it can take longer, but for many others in the US or Europe, it can often be within a couple of weeks, especially if it’s not a major holiday. And yes, you should get a notification with a tracking number once it ships.

Also I think Saudi shouldn’t take long as it’s next to china and has no sanctions and big delivery companies there like fed ex etc
