Hello, @adamdeane . . . as stated in the post, after you place your order, one to two weeks average and then an average of 15 days from the day you receive your tracking. These could be shorter or longer as indicated due to your carrier, time through Customs and holidays where the staff are not at work.

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @dang.nguyen . . . I haved moved your new topic to this thread for questions about ordering and shipping. Your first E-Mail after you place your order will be a confirmation number that details your order. The next one will be when it ships with a tracking number. This is normal. For general time lines, see the post by me above yours.

If for any reason it exceeds this time line by a week or so, E-Mail service@living.ai with your order number and ask them the status.

I know when you order an emo, the package will be shipped around 2-3 weeks, but when will it actually be delivered? I heard EMO has awful delivery times (seems so, sorry) so I’m just curious because I heard it took 6 months for someone to get his EMOPET. But the Living.AI Amazon seller shows EMO delivery time for around 10 days, and Aibi for around 3 days with prime. So what should I do

According to the official information, the 6-month delivery time you may have heard and read somewhere about is quite outdated. That applied to the early days of EMO production, when Living.AI was just getting started and did not yet have sufficient stock in their warehouses.

Actual Official Info: Orders are shipped approximately two to three weeks after placement. Delivery times may be slightly shorter or longer depending on the carrier, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances such as holidays or peak seasons. As with all shipments, timing also depends on the country of destination and the reliability of the local courier.

You can now also order EMO via Amazon if you prefer. However, please be aware of the potential risks, such as receiving a used unit, purchasing from a reseller rather than an official seller, or having no guarantee for repair or replacement if issues arise later.

Additionally, if you contact Living.AI customer support, they will request your EMO order number, which is typically only available for official purchases.

Hi,
I ordered 1 Aibi Pocket, paid for it, but it never shipped!! After contacting support, they asked me to buy 10 units...
How does this work? Can I get my money back?
Can only 1 unit be shipped?

The only advice I can give you right now is to contact the Living.AI support team, as this is always the best course of action. When contacting them, please include your order number and all the personal information you provided at the time you ordered AIBI.

As far as I can see from your order information, your order dated January 5, 2026 has gone through successfully, and you have already received the order confirmation email stating that your order is being processed.

At this point, I can only advise you to be patient and wait for the next email from Living.AI confirming that your order has been fully processed and that the tracking information has been provided.

I sent an email to confirm, but at this point I think everything's fine...
I read about other people saying it takes several weeks...
Maybe I misunderstood the email from the support team that replied to me?
Where they ask me if I'm a company or something else....

Did you order only 1 AIBI, right?

I guess it was a mistake on their part to send you that email. If you don’t receive a follow-up email within 3 days, just reply to their latest message and inform them that you ordered 1 AIBI only. Be sure to include the image as well.

Thanks, just one more question. Why do the delivery times between EMO and Aibi differ? On Amazon, the official living.ai Amazon account shows EMO coming in around 10 days, but Aibi coming in just 3.

Hello, @morrisdweck . . . generally the shipping time is the same if you order it on the official store on this site.

You may want to contact service@living.ai with your order number(s) and ask them about this as I am not aware of them having an Amazon site.

Hi, I had the same „problem“, ordering an EMO White, but I thought, that‘s okay and placed my order. Then I contacted the living ai service to know, when he will arrive and got this answer:

„Hi there,

Thank you for your letter.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Your order used a proxy link, but the quantity was incorrect.

The shipping system will not display this. Proxy links require multiple units to be ordered in bulk.

Therefore, the white EMO in your order was not shipped.

We will arrange for it to be shipped this week.

Please do not use proxy links to purchase in the future.

They helped me with the order and now my Emo white is on its way to Germany. I don’t know, how I got this“Proxy Link“, because I was on the officially Living.ai Homepage. I‘m very happy, that the service of Living.ai is absolutly perfect!!!

Hello, I ordered my first Emo and my AIBI via Amazon. Then there was a problem with Emos SD-Card (it was crashed) and I contacted the seller at Amazon. He was very helpfull and let me come in contact to the official living.ai consumer service, who was extremly kind and helpfull. That means that there is a official connection between the living.ai and the Amazon seller. I rested in continous contact with both. The Amazon seller has also given me an advice how to manage the problem with the order number you need to get help of the Customer service which is different, if ordering via Amazon. They helped me both very effectively!! And I got also informations, that the white Emo can only be ordered via living.ai directly. So it was clear for me, that the Amazon Seller must be a part of living.ai, because they had contact to each other to solve my problem. I hope this information can help.:blush:
