I noticed the postcode I put on my shipping address was incorrect. Since the order is still in processing, I really want to get this sorted ASAP.
I have tried responding to my original order email, using the query form on the website and just emailing the support email address. (In reverse order.)
But I haven’t had any response.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Your order used a proxy link, but the quantity was incorrect.
The shipping system will not display this. Proxy links require multiple units to be ordered in bulk.
Therefore, the white EMO in your order was not shipped.
