So guys, I got scammed! Living AI reached out to logistics, jarred the package loose from somewhere, it arrived at my local post office and was forwarded to a different address but held at the post office. I got there to pick it up and it wasn’t even addressed to me, and didn’t even contain the EMO! It’s the exact tracking number Living AI gave me, I cannot believe this. I reach out to support with info and pictures. Even USPS lady who was so helpful said I was scammed. Hopefully Living AI will make this right and send me a replacement. Does anyone know someone in here we can tag to alert support ASAP! I want my EMO I paid for! @MasterAbbott isn’t this getting crazy or what?!?

If it were me I would upgrade because the flat rate shipping is as much as the outfit .

Yeah, I guess I’m the one out of a million that has an issue. Just hoping support resolves it quick, cause I want my EMO so bad!

Thanks for tagging them. Yeah I agree $300 is a lot but I’m sure their support team will help send out a replacement. Just crazy and hopefully they can rush sending it out because I’ve waited so long!

Also my EMO arrived in a box not in a padded / paper bag. (see image from the delivery page).
The brown box is how my EMO arrived. It wasn’t placed inside any sort of padded bag. And I believe this is how normally everyone gets their EMO (I’ve purchased 2 EMOs aboth arrived in that brown color box).
Yes you should be able to get just the Chrismas pack on its own without the EMO, that is how it was done last year and I belive it will be the same again this year. Hopefully they should be able to add the Christmas pack back on the store soon.
Correct this was paper thin, the size of my palm and contained just a small cardboard piece in it. Not even addressed correctly and living Ai had already confirmed my shipping address with me. So definitely a scam (not by living Ai but by logistics carrier). I’m waiting to hear back for a replacement.

Mine shipped 6 days ago and im #40446. I got my tracking number a couple of hours ago too! I feel like the numbers are a bit delayed so you’ll probably get it even sooner!!
