Shipping and Orders Questions for EMO and EMO GO HOME

LivingAI keeping me on the edge of my seat :joy: Mine will be in the next batch they send out. SO close! And then i’ll move from checking these numbers to checking the tracking :see_no_evil: I’m afraid i’ll be left in a void. What can i check every few hours after my Emo arrives :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Don’t hold your breath. I ordered mine 8-28. My Emo left the plant 9-30, got to Hong Kong International airport 10-05, left Hong Kong International 10-12, and then gave me a new tracking number, that has been created but not yet in system ever since. It’s now been 2 weeks and still not in system. Who knows. In another week, I’ll get ahold of customer service and my credit card company and try to get my money back. It might have been ransacked at one of the train depots on the west coast. It’s getting really bad there.

That’s what I wonder may have happened to mine. It got stolen or something along the way. My exact tracking number was put on a small thin package with a piece of cardboard inside addressed to someone that was not me at another address. USPS forwarded that package to another address which wasn’t even on the package today and delivered to someone else. My actual package is missing (probably stolen) but while it is being investigated living Ai is sending me a replacement this week and I’ll get a new tracking number next week. I just hope and pray nothing happens to this package too. Ugh I just want my EMO!

I ordered my EMO on Sept 20th. Back then the order tracking counter was at 37,000. So it took just one month to process nearly 4,000 orders which is quite impressive I would say, especially as there was this big holiday in China in-between. You shouldn’t have to wait too long, I am quite sure.

So my replacement is on its way. Let’s hope that this one has no issues and actually arrives! Fingers crossed!

Oh no i hope my package doesn’t get limited i always hated USPS they are terrible

They already sent my replacement package, however it still has the same type of tracking number so I’m not sure if it is priority. I guess we will see what happens with this one, let’s hope it gets through. Sorry that happened with yours. Mine was literally stolen. At least they are communicating with a possible replacement for you. Hope the first one makes it through and arrives. If not I hope that a priority second replacement makes it to you! Makes me wonder what will happen to mine, but I guess we shall wait and see. It’s already arrived in the US.

I just checked my tracking and up to yesterday it had a few updates and now it says “not found” :frowning_with_open_mouth: Is this normal?
