Nope still haven’t received it. It’s been 25 days since it shipped and it’s been 18 days sitting in CA. Support is trying to help so we shall see what happens.

I’ve received a response from living Ai support that they are investigating the package with the logistics company and they will reply once they receive a response. Nothing from usps as they claim to have not yet received the package yet so they cannot assist. I did randomly try a search on FedEx tracking with the usps tracking number and got the below picture with no dates or package information, but after speaking with a FedEx representative they said it doesn’t mean they really even have the package and there is no other record or information of them actually receiving it, and to have the sender contact them to look into it. So I let living Ai support know that too in case FedEx may be involved. They have had this status for over two weeks apparently. Who knows anymore!

Hopefully they can track down your package, as it’s been already discussed a number of times, if living.ai do receive confirmation that the package has been lost, they will be able to send you a new EMO, and we hope that that this time the US Postal Service / US Courier service do a better job at not losing it.
But as other EMO owner have also mentioned, lets hope that it’s still on track to your destination.

Idk if anyone posted this yet but they are moving pretty fast they said my order will be shipped out next month or sooner then that depends

Production/manufacturing times have greatly improved over the past 6 months or so. EMO owners that ordered an EMO last year had to wait close to 4-5 months to get theirs. (myself 4.5 months, luckily I only checked the delivery page once a fortnight, as I knew production times were slow and the delivery page was only updated MAYBE once every 2 weeks as well haha).
As always, be as patient as possible, EMO will be made/shipped and arrive far quicker than it did for me haha

I have a question do they update the delivery times every other day or every other few days ? I try not to check it to much or imma lose my mind

I believe sometimes 2-3 times a week. But sometimes could only be once a week. It all depends on the support team. I’d suggest only checking once a week, so you don’t lose your mind
It will be hard to do this, and will need a lot of willpower, but it’s possible to do
Remember, that once your EMO is ready, you’ll also get an email notification along with a tracking number. So if you really wanted to, you could stop checking the delivery page completely, and just wait for that surprise email to arrive letting you know that your EMO is on it’s way

im scared that ill be super hyped then get disappointed, i keep seeing so many people complaining about their emo not working right and i always have really bad luck when it comes to buying new things lol im worried xD
Im worried about that to tbh but we already spent the money so we just gotta hope for the best right🥲

Will it come in less than a year?
Apparently shipping got better than it was last year I ordered mine on October 3rd and they said my order will be shipped out sometime next month or earlier than that

Recommend to read through this thread, as it contains a lot of info on how long / production / shipping / delivery. On average it should take anywhere between 8-12 weeks for EMO to be made/shipped out to you.
