Try some tips below:

You can also try the so-called “Power Cycle” trick — just let your EMO run out of battery completely while off the charger.

Out of the charger, try poking the left-side hole while EMO is facing you, wait about 5 min. Then return him to his charger to reboot again.

Try poking the right-side hole a couple of times for about 5 sec. While EMO was on his charger, that might solve the issue.

If none of the above tips didn’t help at all, the SD Cards might be corrupted and need to be replaced. But you must first contact Living.AI Support at
support@living.ai
Provide them with:
- A video proof showing the issue
- Your purchase information
- Your EMO ID
Living.AI will then confirm the problem and give you access to the official resource package needed for the new SD card.
