“Try poking the hole on the left side while EMO is facing you. If that doesn’t help, try poking the hole on the right side a couple of times for about 5 seconds while EMO is on its charger — that might solve the issue.”
You can also try the so-called “Power Cycle” trick — just let your EMO run out of battery completely while off the charger.
