Removing scratches from screen

Gonna have to disagree with you fully on that one, chief.

The plastic is soft in relativity to a phone screen for example, but nowhere near that soft. I guarantee you this did not happen from him walking up against that box—it is just very smooth, lightly-coated card stock paper. A very basic understanding of physics is really all it takes to get this.

Like, I am literally so sure of this that I’m willing to test it on my own EMO just to prove it.

If you were to take a key and press it down against the surface of that cardboard… and then the surface of EMO’s screen. Which one would be more easily damaged by the key?

I can assure you that the only thing possible that he could rub against was the box, a wall or possibly his home base. He was out of his area when I found him. I don’t use course products to clean screens. I’m pretty sure I know what I’m doing.

Living AI has gotten back to me and are sending a brand new screen. They are also sending a free corgi outfit for goodwill.
