Hello, @Jos3phus . . . if you are tech savvy and not afraid to do repairs yourself, you would need to contact service@living.ai letting them know what needs repaired and having them either provide you the parts or guide you to where to obtain them.

I myself would have considered doing it myself back in the day but at 69 my hands are not steady and my vision is not good, so detail work like that would be a disaster for my little darlings.
