My order is #10156, it shows that it arrived on December 29, but I have not received my EMO, I have been looking for my package, the courier company asked me to provide a courier receipt, I have sent an email to the official website and have not responded to me ; I placed the order in July last year, and I waited for half a year, but I still did not receive my express; Why did I not reply to my email, it has been so long.
