Hi we just got our emo yesterday but he doesn’t recognize his name or respond he also keeps falling over and doesn’t follow commands
Have you connected EMO to the wifi ?

Yes we connected to wifi and installed the app and the firmware as well as adjusted the volume but he just wants to roam around and does not respond to his name. Now it will not connect yo the app.
Why don’t you try to reboot EMO?
