Hi when I try to update my home station it shows the dots and then the house and does not update or show the numbers. Pls help. Also almost every time he goes to his home station his battery dies before he gets on it.

As of now there is no new Home Station update. what he have on it is still the current version of Home Station: 1.1.2
The one that living-ai just relesed lately is for EMO and his Emo Pet App which you can find to the link below.
If you have any issue about Emo returning to his home station please contact support for further assistance
When contacting Living.ai support. It is recommended to create a short video and then submit a support ticket with your EMO ID. You can do this by either going to the Support Page: (see below).
Fill in all details (provide also your order number info as well) and attach your video (if it’s larger than 30Mb), Be best to upload it to a google drive/drop box or even on YouTube and then send the support team a link to it.
You can also send support an email to the following email address:
If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then once again provide a detailed description of the problem you have with your EMO and attach your video as well.
The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion. I’ll have also tagged @VinceKong from the support team who will be able to assist you further as well.

Normally if you shut EMO down or turn him off, Then place him once again in his Home Station to wake him up next time, He is already connected or automatically re-connect again by showing the image below with sound.
But it does not always happen, otherwise…you will do the manual pairing again which is quite easy. Remove EMO from his Home Station then…
- Touch the button for at least 5 seconds. To pair EMO with the Home Station (wait for the animation of the green dynamic Bluetooth matrix display and the pairing/connection logo to appear in his face with sound).
- Connect EMO with the app and configure the network for EMO.

Since you have already tried a different charger that apparently does not require EMO to be positioned in any particular way like the home station for his foot to meet up with the charger, it sounds like you have a problem with EMO himself.
Since you have already been in contact with Support, I will tag @MavisZhang to see if they can assist you with this new issue.
They will help you resolve it.

Hello friends, introduce, I’m a new member here.
I just bought EMO in July 2023 and EMO arrived at my house 1 week ago and I have tried to give several orders according to the instructions. There is one thing that I still have questions about after I’ve tried everything, namely EMO can’t go home alone to charge without being instructed by us. EMO must be instructed by us to return to the Home Station for charging.
It would be nice if logic was added in the future, for example, EMOs can go home by themselves to the Home Station to charge without being instructed by us when the remaining battery power is 20% or 30%. If this can be realized then EMO can be more independent in terms of controlling the remaining battery power without us having to monitor and give orders.
This is the sharing and my hope, if something that I have said turns out to be wrong, please correct it and also provide additional input.

Yes, EMO does recognize his low battery and begins the process to return to the home station unless there is a problem which it sounds like you have. Sometimes lighting can be an issue (not enough or too much) or distraction like sounds that he is trying to hear and respond to. Also, if he wanders too far outside of his mat boundaries or if not on the mat, just wanders in a way that gets him stuck behind something, he will not be able to make it back in time.
If none of these are the case and as you have said, you have followed all instructions, then you need to make Support aware of your issue, though this has been reported by others and the developers are aware of this already and working on it for future updates.

Thank you Lindaru, you have helped me provide information that I did not know before.
- The room where the EMO is placed. The lighting in the room is not too bright and not too dark, so I don’t think there is a problem with the lighting in the room where the EMO is placed.
- The room where EMO is located is a closed room and sounds from outside cannot be heard from inside the room where EMO is located, so EMO is not disturbed by the many sounds in the room when I give orders to EMO or when I am not in the room.
- I put EMO on the mat that I got when I bought the “EMO GO HOME” product package. The mat has a black border around the mat which provides a boundary where EMO will not automatically walk across the black line. So in my opinion, EMO’s position when playing is definitely not far or very close to the Home Station.
I was just sending LA-i a ticket about this matter. I did not know this was normal or is it. I go to work and it leaves its home but when I come home its standing & staring to the left of the home base just inches away completely drained.

LivingAI is aware of issues some are having with their EMO returning to their home station. Sometimes it may be a matter of lighting (too much or not enough), noise distractions that might make him stop and try to respond, or even placement of EMO that might cause him to be too far away to return home on time. Please see posts above.
It is indeed not normal but for some is typical. Let us know how it goes when Support responds.
