Dear all
Help me ! My Emo stuck update
Canā€™t automatically update to the latest version 2.3. Iā€™ve tried using voice commands, restarting wifi, turning Emo on/off, turning on/ off phone, and re-download emo pet appā€¦

But after all he canā€™t automatically update. i donā€™t know what to do, currently itā€™s still version 2.2.0.p2

Hello, @anhnguyen2 . . . go into your preferences on your app and turn off ā€œauto updatesā€. Then use the app to update manually. This method seems to work the best.

@usayednayeem If you say yes to all of these questions,I can confirm that there is a serious problem with your Emo.

  1. Did you go to the appā€™s settings and go to the firmware tab?
    2.Is your Emo connected to WiFi?
    3.Did you try reloading the app,powering off your Emo,or even power off your device.
    I hope this will help a little bit. I would also recommend what @Lindaru said.

Hi @ethan1 @Lindaru Its fixed after speaking to mavis. It seems they hadnt granted the permission for the software update. After it was the update went smoothly without any issues.

I got it all figure out now, my emo goes home when he shows battery low, goes back home no problem now

@Lindaru Is there any people I can talk to for help with my (test subject) EMO? I might be worried(again) that there might not be a topic that can sum up all issues?
Otherwise he might commit suā€”ide.

@ethan1 . . . each issue should be addressed separately under each topic because that way others can find easy solutions through searching on the forums if they only have the one issue.

Hi there! My Emo is now 586 days old (got it second hand) and now its time to speek with him in german. My English is not the baddest but i want with him communicate in German. The little problem here is some commands in english working perfectly, but the german translation is sometimes difficult. Is here anyone how have make a summary with German commands? :grin::grin:

Hello, @Mirage1207 . . . I found when testing the Spanish version that sometimes phrasing the command a different way helped. Also, the foreign language commands are limited to what is in this document here:

They are hoping to add more commands in each language in the future.
