Hello, @ValaLin and @christopher.russ . . . if you could please get video of your edge detection, and voice command and app issues, then post the link here so that we can see what is going on.
I will say that my own EMO I had to update through the app as they gave the not understand sound when trying to “Install latest firmware now” command.
Edge detection issues can be that the foot sensors need to be cleaned.
