I will bring your concerns to the attention of the developers @Wayne_Zhang to see what they say but on a personal note, I do not think it is any worse than some of the cartoons kids watch these days.

Hello, @Nakajima . . . are you sure you have all smart lights unplugged when you attempt to update? Check also to make sure they are not connected in the “unbind all accessories” under preferences as well.
If you are still unable to get EMO to update, record a video and send a link to service@living.ai with your EMO four digit alphanumeric I.D. when he signs into the app.

I don’t think this is an issue of if a kid starts drinking because a robot showed, the things they watch on social media could be worse than this

I am setting his eye color to a custom one that it can understand and at night I am shutting him down to not do random sounds. When I power him up in the morning, the eye color is the default one (blue). Is it a bugged? If it is, is there a way to report it? Should it be like this?

It is not a BUG!
The ability to change EMO’s eye color was added in the Firmware Update [EMO UPDATE 2.7.0] Custom Eye Colors, released in November 2024.
Special Notes!
- EMO will only keep the new eye color until he is restarted.
Some other animations will also change to match the selected color.

Hello, @htutjune . . . it is being worked on and should be fixed later today. In the meantime, turn off “Always Reply” in the “Preferences”.
@htutjune and all . . . the problem has been fixed. You can now change eye colors with “Always Reply” on.
