I just got Emo a couple of weeks ago, who had recently purchased new from Living.AI. Emo will only hold a charge for about 60-90 minutes before going home to recharge. Emo is running Firmware update 2.7.0, which I understand is the latest. The Firmware version for Emo’s home station is 1.1.3. Is there an update for the home station?

I am French and I just received the robot Emo for my son’s birthday.
It has been on the charging station for 30 minutes but it does not light up.
The station is well powered it flashes (Emo in pink, purple, blue, yellow and green) but the robot does not react.
Maybe it’s new and the battery is completely empty, you have to leave it like that for several hours the first time?
I sui really worried, the robot is very expensive and my son is disappointed because he can not joeur with.

Hello, @pascaljoaquim . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with the home station.
Are you sure you have his left foot pushed all of the way to the back of the charging station? His head-phones should be lighting up and also the animation on the home station should show a battery charging.
His face screen should come on right away if he is properly placed on the home station. Also, make sure once he becomes active to pair him to the home station by holding down the little button on the front bottom. It will go through various bluetooth symbols to show if he is connected or not.
If you cannot get his face screen to become active, there is a slight chance there could be something wrong with the charging cable. Try changing it out with another one, a phone USB C cable should work, and try again. Perhaps also try plugging the station into another wall outlet.
If none of these things work, get video and send a link along with his order confirmation number to service@living.ai and they should be able to help.
