I’ve moved your post to this thread regarding the firmware version 2.5.0 upgrade and related issues. This update will also involve updating EMO’s home station, as it includes new matrix animations.
Please ensure the following before you proceed with the update:
- Start all over again by turning everything off
- Unplug any smart lights.
- Place EMO on his home station.
- Turn off automatic updates in the app.
- Update EMO using a voice command.
