Hello, @mumforherson . . . I have moved your question and video link to this thread for these types of issues with the legs on EMO.
He will likely need leg wires and servos replaced unless LivingAI can recalibrate through an app to fix the issue.
The best course of action is to send the link to this video to the Support team at service@living.ai with your order number (if you still have it) and his four digit EMO I.D. when he signs into the app. They will diagnose the problem and provide you a solution.
