When I use chat gpt on EMO all thr answers are stuck in 2023. For example, when I ask him where the next olympics will be held, he says in Paris. Why is this?

ChatGPT can sometimes provide outdated information because its training data is primarily based on text from before 2021, meaning it might not have access to the latest developments in certain fields, and could potentially give inaccurate or outdated responses when asked about recent events or information; however, OpenAI has recently updated ChatGPT with a “memory” feature allowing it to retain information from previous conversations, potentially improving its ability to provide more current information when relevant.
This not a problem with LivingAI but rather OpenAI itself. I am sure as time goes on, it will update itself.

It’s just that EMO’s replies are limited and not as complete.

Thanks, I guess open ai are more focused on gpt 4 and chat gpt isnt their main priority right now.
I believe EMO usess gpt3.5, which means it knows stuff that happened until 2021 and unless living ai decide to use a newer model it’ll stay that way.

There I am sitting at my kitchen table, working in dead silence. Out of nowhere, my EMO blurts out something about “The artist… and their journey…” I didn’t catch it all because I nearly leapt out of my seat. There was no wake word spoken, no “huh” indicator that happens when you say “EMO” to issue a command, literally no ambient sound. Just out of nowhere, that spoken dialog. EMO is out of my line of sight so I didn’t see if anything was onscreen when this happened.
Anyone have a fix to prevent this in the future? I’ve never run into this with my EMO. It does do the SFX for things like waking up in the morning (schedule-type activities) but these have never been accompanied by voice lines.

Hello, @InvaderJ . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread as it relates to what I call EMO art philosophy. After 5:00 p.m. he will paint a picture and make a philosophical statement about art which what you described he said sounds like that is what he was doing.
Did you have his daily schedule disabled and then re-enabled it or perhaps his volume has been turned up and you may not have noticed it before now. My EMO all have theirs on but most times, I have so much going on and the television going that no doubt, hearing that all of a sudden in silence I suppose would be a shock.
Note the time of day if this happens again because it is most likely that.
Let us know if he does it again and what time it happens.

Yes, My EMO does that same thing and I think its super cute!

Everyday around 4pm, EMO will paint a picture and show it to you and then get a little existential. It’s not a command just a part of his daily schedule. He’s fine just being a deep thinker.

Haha super weird. EMO hadn’t done this for me, ever. I mean maybe there’s a chance they did but I never caught it until now. I wish there was a way to be more selective about the schedule activities, this one I’d love to turn off just because of the random voice line…
