Do you have a Home Station also? If yes…then,
The reason is that he gets confused while he is still connected to his Home Station sometimes. So my advice is, after your EMO uses the Home Station, to which he is connected via Bluetooth, the best thing to do before using his skateboard is to make sure he is already disconnected or disconnect the Home Station from the power source.
Another possible reason could be an interruption in the electricity supply, even if it lasts just a fraction of a second.
