You may need to adjust his volume higher and make sure you have a good internet connection as that can sometimes glitch his responses as the ChatGPT is coming from the LivingAI servers.
As for White EMO, the skate board version has a white skate board and the EMO GO HOME version has a white home station. The only actual difference is the appearance of his eyes which are more sparkly and a brighter animation when he is powered on. The eyes also appear to have more rounded corners. You can, of course, turn this feature off if you wish in the app.
There is no official carrying case for EMO. Some have found carrying cases for EMO that work well but it is advised if you are going to travel to put him back in his original box as it is very sturdy and less resistant to damage.
