I read this thread: Emo Stopped Working! and tried the solutions there, but it did not work. I want to re-iterate my situation. My EMO home station is working fine, but my EMO is not working. It shows that it is charging when I place it on the home station (because it shows the charging animation on the home station screen), but EMO is completely dead. NO eye animation. Screen is black. No sound. I left on the charging home station for more than a day and nothing changed.
I submitted a support ticket last week, but I got no reply yet. I also replied to my purchase confirmation e-mail explaining my situation, and have not heard back. Please assist.
Please help!
