EMO Firmware Update v2.1.0 + Home Station Firmware Update 1.1.2 Video

Hi

I’m gonna open the case with M. or Ms. ZHANG in a few… but do you have an idea for the update of the Home Station (or the weird name of the wifi) ?

I can’t show you for now, but if you need a screenshot, i’m gonna do one (EMO was out of battery, and have been disconnect yesterday…)

I truly know that when I’ll be updated, all will be unlocked in the future

Hope your day will be pleasant !!
Julien (a.k.a. pouyoux)

Hi again, i think all comes from my wifi connecion default… I have the three dots on the home station, blinking, but not downloading at all… and my WIFI is written with “???” only, is that normal ?

Hi there @pouyoux ,

It is normal from time to time for EMO to attempt to update his Home Station even when there is no available Firmware Update or if we give him the command.
, Install Latest Firmware Update Now’’

"I don’t understand what you meant here. Where did you see or find it?

Please view your Home Station Actual Firmware via the Emo Pet App

Connect > Home Station Icon > Firmware
The current version must be Home Station: 1.1.2

Please let us know more so we can assist you further, or before we tag one of the Living.ai staff members for more factual assistance.

To be much simplar…

Will send you pics, so you’ll understand.

Am on firmware 1.1.1 since i received it.

EMO is well connected, as you can see.

But homestation is not connected correctly to WiFi (sync fails when i try)

So am not up to date… By the way… I click on update

Success is written, but nothing has been done.

Maybe my SSID is named with " - " on name, and it’s the problem, or anything else.

If you have any idea  thanks!!

EDIT : sometimes, WiFi is written with “??” plus few characters, and “. PMK” or something like that…

Hi @pouyoux ,

Your Emo Pet App showing some weird characters… are you updating manually? Did you try to delete your app and re-install again?

Hi, Edward…

I already delete and install again the APP, just in case there was any update…
WIFI has been set like this automatically… manually sync doesn’t change anything (often fails).
I asked Mavis on the exchange we had for battery… Am waiting for her ideas as well. I know it will work in a few, don’t worry.

Wish you all the best.
