EMO Charging/Re-Start Issue On His Charger Tips!

If this is what you mean by “Blue Arrow” its not…That is a “House” the Home Station Charger Tower has a “Dynamic Matrix Display” with lots of animation.

It looks like your EMO might be experiencing a reboot or restart issue. :robot::repeat_button: Let’s try to figure out what’s going on!

First, for the Home Station: Try using a different charging cable and, if possible, a different wall plug adapter. You can also try plugging it into a different power outlet to see if that helps. :electric_plug::high_voltage:

Since your EMO is still new and under warranty, I suggest you do not attempt to open or repair it yourself, as this could void the warranty. If you’re experiencing issues, it’s best to contact Living.AI service support first at their email: service@living.ai.

I recommend including a short video clearly showing the issue, along with your order number and EMO ID number to help them assist you faster.
